1. Eligibility: Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to those who sign up at the online Sweepstakes entry page and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Nunn Milling Co. (the "Sponsor"), as well as its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

3. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online beginning May 29, 2026 at 12:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ending June 29, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT. All online entries must be received by June 29, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT.

4. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting the online entry form provided on the Sweepstakes website. The entry must fulfill all Sweepstakes requirements to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor.

Each participant will receive one (1) initial entry upon completing the required entry form. Participants may receive additional entries by completing optional actions, including following Sponsor on social media platforms or referring friends. These actions are not required to enter or win.

Participants may receive one (1) additional entry for each referral submitted that identifies a unique individual with a valid and unique email address. There is no limit on referral-based entries. Referrals must be submitted through the official referral method provided.

Participants may only refer individuals with whom they have a personal relationship and who have consented to being contacted. Self-referrals, duplicate entries, or referrals generated by script, macro, or other automated means are prohibited and may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to verify referrals and disqualify any participant suspected of submitting fraudulent or invalid referrals.

You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Entries generated by automated means or scripts are prohibited and will be disqualified.

Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”): To enter without completing the online form or subscribing to marketing emails, send a 3x5 card with your full name, email address, name of giveaway, and phone number addressed to Nunn Milling Co. Marketing at: Nunn Milling Co., 9634 Hedden Rd, Evansville, IN 47725, United States. Standard postage rates apply. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by May 31, 2026, and received by June 5, 2026.

5. Prizes: One (1) winner will receive Brome Squirrel Buster Classic, Blackstone Original 2-Burner 28" Propane Omnivore Griddle with Hard Cover, Butcher's Box Essentials Box, Nunn Better Bird Food, and Butcher's Best Dog Food and Treats. Approximate retail value of $450 and $50 worth of Nunn-Better Bird Seed and Butcher's Best Dog Food and Treats. Sponsor is not responsible for shipping delays, losses, or restrictions. Actual value may vary at time of award.

No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The prize is nontransferable.

Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation all federal, state, and local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner may be required to complete and return a W-9 form.

Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and/or statements for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

BROME US, Blackstone, and Butcher's Box are not sponsors of this Sweepstakes. Prize will only be shipped to addresses within the eligible territory.

6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor or its designee. The winner will be notified via email to the email address provided at the time of entry within fifteen (15) days following winner selection. The winner must respond within ten (10) days with the requested information to claim the prize. The winner must respond to all follow-up communications and provide any additional required information within the timeframes specified by Sponsor, or the prize may be forfeited.

Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to the winner’s spam, junk email, or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to properly claim the prize within ten (10) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Up to two (2) alternate winners may be selected if necessary.

Receipt of the prize by the winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. Any violation of these Official Rules by the winner (at Sponsor’s sole discretion) will result in such winner’s disqualification and all privileges as the winner will be immediately terminated.

8. Rights Granted by you: By entering the Sweepstakes, you understand that Sponsor, and its respective licensees, successors, and assigns, will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review, or consent, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation except where prohibited by law.

9. Terms: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, pandemic, natural disaster, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control corrupt or affect the administration, security, or fairness of the Sweepstakes, or otherwise impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

In such case, Sponsor may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website, or who violates these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes and to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by these Official Rules; or the use of bots, macros, or scripts, or other technical means for entering.

Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Sponsor. Consent to receive marketing emails is not required to enter or win, and you may opt out at any time without affecting your Sweepstakes eligibility by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email.

10. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, including without limitation illness, injury, death, or property damage, arising out of or relating to: (i) your participation in the Sweepstakes; (ii) the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; or (iii) any Sweepstakes-related activity.

The Released Parties shall not be responsible for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, network hardware or software; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (iv) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (v) lost, late, misdirected, undelivered, or corrupted entries or communications; or (vi) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

11. Disputes: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF INDIANA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Indiana.

Entrant further agrees that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall include attorneys’ fees. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

13. Winners List: To request the name of the winner, please contact Sponsor at https://butchersbest.com/contact/ and include “Winners List Request – Butcher’s Best Sweepstakes” in the body of the message. Requests must be received within sixty (60) days of the Sweepstakes end date.
